La struttura è composta da due unità a piano terra davanti al prato, con accesso separato: una camera da letto con un primo bagno da un lato ed un tinello-cucina con divano letto ed un secondo bagno dall’altro. All’esterno, oltre alle sdraio e lettini sul prato e ad un’amaca ideale per rilassarti, è disponibile anche una comoda doccia.
La camera da letto, compreso il bagno autonomo con doccia,è di circa 24mq. Nella stanza trovi un letto 160 x 200 e sono presenti anche una poltrona letto che può consentire il riposo di un’altro ospite o di un bambino ed un minifrigo.
Stessa ampiezza per il tinello-cucina, dotato anch’esso di un bagno autonomo con doccia, fornito di quanto necessario per una gestione in piena autonomia del soggiorno: Frigorifero, Lavastoviglie, Piano cottura ad induzione e tutte le necessarie stoviglie. Nel bagno è disponibile una lavatrice per eventuali necessità. Il divano può diventare un comodo letto 140 x 200.
Entrambe le unità sono dotate di biancheria, TV satellitare, connessione Wi-fi ed un climatizzatore per rendere quanto più gradevole la tua permanenza. Tutte le aperture, con infissi a tenuta termica, sono dotate di zanzariere e di persiane oscuranti.
The structure consists of two units ground floor in front of the lawn, with separate access: a bedroom with a first bathroom on one side and a kitchen-dining room with sofa bed and a second bathroom on the other. Outside, in addition to the deckchairs and sun loungers on the lawn and a hammock ideal for relaxing, a comfortable outdoor shower is also available.
The bedroom, including the independent bathroom with shower, is approximately 24m2. In the room you will find a 160 x 200 bed and a chair bed that can allow another guest or a child to rest and
a mini fridge. The dining room-kitchen is about the same size, also equipped with an independent bathroom with shower and with everything necessary for fully independent management of the living room: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and all the necessary crockery. A washing machine is available in the bathroom for any needs. The sofa can become a comfortable 140 x 200 bed.
Both units are equipped with linen, satellite TV, Wi-fi connection and air conditioning to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All openings, with thermally sealed windows, are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout shutters.
